Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with their online shopping inquiries via chat, email, or phone.
- Provide product information, recommendations, and support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to orders, payments, and returns.
- Monitor customer feedback and share insights with the team to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, and store policies to ensure accurate and helpful customer support.
- Maintain a positive and engaging communication style to create a friendly shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall online shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in online or e-commerce environments, is preferred.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
