Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality remote support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services efficiently.
- Guide customers through installation processes and product features.
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends and developments to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is mandatory, with good English skills as an advantage.
- Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
