Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality remote support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to products and services efficiently.
  • Guide customers through installation processes and product features.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends and developments to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is mandatory, with good English skills as an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is a plus.
