In this role, you will be the first line of support for our Spanish-speaking users, helping them navigate our streaming platform, troubleshoot issues, and enhance their overall viewing experience. Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support via chat, email, and phone in Spanish.
- Assist users with account management, content inquiries, and platform navigation.
- Troubleshoot technical problems related to streaming, subscriptions, and payment methods.
- Document customer interactions and outcomes for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
- Stay updated on platform features, content offerings, and industry trends to better assist users.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is a must; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in tech or streaming services.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and their functionalities is beneficial.
