Responsibilities

  • Act as the main technical liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and providing tailored solutions
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective implementation of our solutions
  • Conduct training sessions to help clients utilize our products to their fullest potential
  • Identify client challenges and offer proactive resolutions to enhance their experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share client feedback and drive product improvements
  • Regularly monitor client satisfaction metrics and maintain ongoing relationships through follow-ups
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product enhancements to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in technical account management, customer support, or a related field
  • Strong technical background and familiarity with software applications
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer engagement
  • Problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail
  • Capacity to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and customer success metrics is a plus
