Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, providing support for inquiries and product-related challenges
- Manage the onboarding process of new clients to ensure they have a seamless experience with our solutions
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to help clients understand and utilize our products effectively
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to enhance the overall client experience
- Collaborate with various teams to relay client feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Regularly monitor client satisfaction metrics and maintain strong relationships through consistent follow-ups
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments to advise clients accordingly
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Experience in technical account management, customer service, or a similar role
- Strong technical background and familiarity with software solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on client engagement
- Detail-oriented problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client needs
