Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional technical support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a broad range of technical issues concerning products and services.
- Guide customers through product features and functionalities, ensuring they receive maximum value.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our support database.
- Collaborate with team members to identify improvements in processes and service delivery.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide informed and helpful support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM systems is a plus.
