As a Technical Support Analyst, youβll be the first point of contact for our customers when they need help with our products, their orders, or technical issues.
π Working Hours:
Night shift, Monday to Friday
- Service opening hours: 3:00 pm- 24:00 pm
Location:
- Debrecen (onsite position)
π§ Your Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and technical support via phone, chat, or email
- Offer accurate information about products and services, manage order-related queries
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Handle complaints and contribute to customer retention
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
- Maintain positive, cooperative communication with team members and customers
Requirements
What Weβre Looking For:
Technical Knowledge:
- Confident use of Microsoft Office applications
- Familiarity with WLAN and Bluetooth technologies
- Interest in electronics and technology
- Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Team player with reliability, resilience, and independence
Education & Experience:
- Minimum: High school diploma (college degree preferred)
- Advantageous: Experience in customer service, technical support, or BPO environment
Languages:
- Spanish β C1 level (fluent in written and spoken communication)
- English β minimum B2 level
