Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 support to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and assist with basic technical inquiries and service-related issues.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support system.
- Offer clear instructions and guidance on product features to customers.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor in all customer communications.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support software is advantageous.
