Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking customers with travel-related inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot booking issues, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently.
- Provide information on travel destinations, options, and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the support system.
- Collaborate with travel partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about travel trends and regulations to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in the travel industry, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote or team environment.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems is a plus.
