In this role, you will respond to inquiries, supply detailed travel information, and ensure that clients receive exceptional assistance throughout their journeys. Your expertise and support will be pivotal in helping clients navigate their travel plans with confidence and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Offer information about travel options, accommodations, and tailored itineraries.
- Proactively address and resolve customer issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings for follow-up.
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends and service offerings to provide accurate guidance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel support is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer assistance.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Experience with travel booking software and CRM systems is a plus.
