Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information regarding travel options, accommodations, and personalized itineraries.
- Proactively resolve customer issues and concerns to enhance satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends and company services to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in customer service or travel support is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong ability to assist customers effectively.
- Proficient organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service.
- Experience with travel booking software and CRM systems is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor and a positive attitude towards assisting others.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
