Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated support to VIP Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address and resolve inquiries, requests, and concerns in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Deliver personalized solutions and recommendations based on the unique needs of each VIP client.
  • Document interactions and outcomes accurately in the customer support database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for VIP customers.
  • Stay informed about product changes and updates to provide accurate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is a bonus.
  • Strong customer service experience, preferably in a VIP or high-touch environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools is advantageous.
