Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in healthcare call centers. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This work-from-home position requires night shifts ensuring seamless communication and assistance to our customers. Your role will significantly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and improving healthcare service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls from healthcare clients ensuring each interaction is courteous and professional.
  • Utilize your expertise in healthcare call centers to navigate complex customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery and share best practices.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for swift resolution.
  • Stay updated with the latest healthcare policies and procedures to provide informed assistance.
  • Demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with sensitive healthcare-related concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations during all customer interactions.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to team goals by achieving individual performance targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues to improve service processes.
  • Utilize technology effectively to manage customer interactions and streamline service delivery.

Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
