Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist with 2 to 4 years of experience in a Healthcare Call Center environment. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service while working from home during night shifts. This role requires strong communication skills and a deep understanding of healthcare processes to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare call center environment.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Show ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Have a deep understanding of healthcare processes and terminology.
  • Display excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Be willing to work night shifts as required by the role.


Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification in customer service.
