Responsibilities
- Analyze and manage accounts receivables to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with providers to streamline billing processes and improve revenue cycle efficiency.
- Utilize MS Excel to generate detailed financial reports and analyze data trends.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivables to maintain accurate financial records.
- Implement strategies to reduce days in accounts receivable and improve cash flow.
- Coordinate with internal teams to address billing issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all financial transactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with providers to facilitate smooth operations.
- Conduct regular audits of accounts receivables to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the finance team in month-end closing activities and financial reporting.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and tools.
- Contribute to the development of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
