GSOC Program Specialist - 40-hour work week.
· College degree or above / or min. 2 years GSOC experience (ideally in program management/supervisory/leadership capacity).
· Proficient in using office software, with excellent document & technical writing skills.
· Proficiency with data analytics and critical thinking skills
· Adapt at identifying and addressing customer needs.
· Ability to develop and manage programs, including prioritizing tasks, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), planning, allocating resources, executing, and overseeing progress.
· Proficiency in global risk event monitoring, OSINT tactical intelligence, CCTV, alarm monitoring/response and incident/emergency response protocols.
