Boston Speech Therapy is looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work with patients of various ages, providing individualized therapy to help them improve their speech and language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech and language disorders
  • Create and implement personalized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy to clients, focusing on improving communication skills
  • Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client needs
  • Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Stay updated with best practices and current research in speech-language pathology

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Experience in providing therapy for communication disorders
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and therapy software
