Spray Seal Driver

Looking to secure your future with an industry leader? We have an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a skilled HR Truck Driver / Spray Seal Operator to join one of Australia’s largest infrastructure companies.

This is a unique role that combines driving with specialized plant operation, offering a great pathway for a motivated individual from the civil or infrastructure sector.

About the Role

This position involves a rotational roster of two weeks working away from home, followed by one week in the local yard. You'll be a key part of our road infrastructure projects, with responsibilities including:

• Driving and operating spray seal trucks to apply materials on-site.

• Performing pre-start checks and routine maintenance on vehicles and equipment.

• Assisting with general yard duties and plant operations as required.

• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

What you'll need

• A White Card and a strong commitment to safety.

• A valid HR Licence or above with a clean driving record.

• Previous experience in the civil or infrastructure sector is highly regarded.

• Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods.

• The ability to pass a physical and a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
