MidPlaza Holding is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Employee Relations professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with employees and management, resolving workplace conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. You will act as a trusted advisor on employee relations issues, policy interpretation, and grievance resolution. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in employee relations, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of labor laws and best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key resource for employees and management on employee relations issues, including guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a fair and impartial process.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and mediation efforts between employees and management.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee engagement programs to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to develop and implement training programs on employee relations topics.
  • Stay informed on changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations activities and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in employee relations or human resources, with a focus on resolving employee-related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proven ability to build effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations.
