Job Summary

As an Instructional Designer you ll collaborate with Enablement Program Managers Learning Experience Designers and subject matter experts to design and produce both synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences. This role will also require you to architect design and implement online learning that supports and develops the companys talent.

Responsibilities

Support the design and development of a range of learning experiences including elearning and blended learning solutions

Collaborate with subject matter experts in a variety of fields to help translate their knowledge into an effective learning experience for others

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to set and manage expectations create project plans and regularly communicate project update and status

Design and implement on demand learning using Intellums Evolve learning authoring tool
