Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Content Writer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging and informative content for various learning platforms. This role requires expertise in project scope management articulate Adobe Captivate storyboarding and instructional designing. The position is office-based with night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive learning content that aligns with the companys educational objectives and enhances user engagement.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize project scope management skills to plan execute and deliver content projects within deadlines.
• Design and develop storyboards that effectively communicate instructional concepts and learning objectives.
• Create interactive and visually appealing content using tools like Articulate and Adobe Captivate.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the companys brand voice and style guidelines.
• Conduct thorough research to support content development and ensure factual accuracy.
• Review and edit content to ensure clarity coherence and grammatical correctness.
• Work closely with the curriculum design team to develop structured and impactful learning modules.
• Implement feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in instructional design and learning technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Provide support and guidance to junior content writers as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess strong skills in project scope management articulate and Adobe Captivate.
• Demonstrate proficiency in storyboarding and instructional designing.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Certifications Required

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or equivalent.
