Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 6 to 9 years of experience in Power BI Service MS Power BI MS Excel Database and SQL with domain expertise in Payer. The role involves designing and implementing data solutions to enhance business intelligence and analytics capabilities. The candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts contributing to impactful data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data solutions using Power BI Service and MS Power BI to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and reports in MS Excel and SQL to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity and security across all platforms.
- Provide technical expertise in the Payer domain translating business needs into effective data solutions.
- Oversee the integration of various data sources to create comprehensive and actionable insights.
- Conduct regular data audits and implement best practices for data governance and compliance.
- Lead efforts to automate data processes reducing manual intervention and increasing efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in data analysis and visualization techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data analytics and business intelligence tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality data solutions that meet business requirements.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by enabling data-driven strategies that positively impact society.
Qualifications

- Demonstrate proficiency in Power BI Service and MS Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Exhibit strong skills in MS Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Database management and SQL for efficient data querying and storage.
- Showcase expertise in the Payer domain understanding its unique data challenges and opportunities.
- Have experience in hybrid work environments adapting to both remote and in-office settings.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in data-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to convey complex data insights.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $100-120K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
