What You’ll Do – Job Responsibilities
This is a dual-role opportunity: Part Strategist. Part Trainer. 100% Impact.
As a Trainer:
- Conduct engaging digital marketing sessions for small student batches daily.
- Inspire and mentor aspiring marketers to build real-world skills.
- Track learner progress and ensure outcome-based education.
As a Digital Marketing Strategist:
- Own and execute comprehensive digital media strategies (SEO, SEM, SMM, Email, Content, Analytics).
- Build, manage, and grow the brand’s social media presence across all key platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop platform-specific content plans, post calendars, and community engagement strategies.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics to guide ongoing improvements.
- Manage the SEO team to consistently improve search rankings.
- Coordinate with designers and editors to create scroll-stopping visual and video content.
- Build and run high-converting campaigns for lead generation & brand awareness
- Collaborate with the sales team to align funnels, optimize conversions, and improve ROIs.
- Oversee email marketing and automation tools (like Mailchimp, Hubspot).
- Track key metrics, recommend CRO changes, and lead data-driven growth.
Who You Are – Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing Strategy
- Strong exposure to SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Ahrefs), CRMs, and automation tools
- Solid content creation and campaign planning skills
- Strong leadership, communication & analytical thinking
- Willingness to train students daily – We’re looking for mentors, not just marketers
- Passion for continuous learning and team collaboration
