About the role

As a Senior .NET Full Stack Developer, you will make an impact by developing and optimizing applications to enhance our banking solutions. You will be a valued member of the Retail Banking team and work collaboratively with project managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders.

In this role, you will:

- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core and related technologies.

- Implement and manage Web APIs, Docker containers, and Azure services including App Service and AKS.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

- Utilize SQL for database management and optimization.

- Ensure application security and performance in a cloud environment (AWS or Azure).

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring regular presence in a client or Cognizant office in Burmingham, Alabama / Charlotte, North Carolina / Atlanta, GA. What you need to have to be considered

- Strong experience in .NET Stack including .NET Core.

- Proficiency in React for front-end development.

- Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Experience with Web API, Docker, Azure App Service, Azure AKS.

- Knowledge of SQL, JSON, Rest API, XML, SOAP, and Visual Studio.

- Background in the Retail Banking domain.

- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Salary and Other Compensation

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
