Sr. Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOps Lightning Integration and Configuration. This role requires a hybrid work model with day shifts. Proficiency in English and native Spanish is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Implement Salesforce DevOps practices to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability.
• Utilize SFDC Lightning to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces that enhance productivity.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
• Configure Salesforce settings to optimize performance and support business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications to maintain system integrity.
• Document technical specifications and user guides to support ongoing system maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices to drive innovation.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and foster knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
• Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOps and Lightning.
• Have proficiency in SFDC Integration and Configuration.
• Experience in Asset and Wealth Management is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
