Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS SQL Node JS Angular JS Java JavaScript and mySQL. This role involves developing innovative software solutions that align with our companys goals. The position is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable software applications using AWS SQL Node JS Angular JS Java and JavaScript to meet project requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting regular code reviews and adhering to best practices in software development.Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure seamless user experience.Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions to improve speed and efficiency.Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity and product quality.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into the development process.Document software designs technical specifications and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.Participate in agile development practices including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure timely project delivery.Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure software solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.Engage with supply chain and consumer goods domain experts to tailor software solutions that address specific industry challenges.Utilize mySQL for database management and data manipulation to support application functionality and reporting needs.Qualifications
Possess strong expertise in AWS SQL Node JS Angular JS Java and JavaScript with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Demonstrate proficiency in mySQL for effective database management and data analysis.Experience in IT Security and Supply Chain within the Consumer Goods domain is a plus.Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work model.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
