Sr SPFx Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SPFx and SharePoint with a preference for those with experience in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects during day shifts contributing to impactful solutions without the need for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of SharePoint solutions using SPFx to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
• Oversee the implementation of SharePoint frameworks ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for future reference.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of SharePoint applications optimizing for efficiency and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely and effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and SPFx technologies integrating new features and improvements as appropriate.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Support the deployment and maintenance of SharePoint applications ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with domain experts in R&D Preclinical and Clinical to tailor solutions that meet specific industry needs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in SPFx and SharePoint development with a strong understanding of their frameworks and capabilities.
• Experience in R&D Preclinical and Clinical domains is highly desirable providing valuable insights into industry-specific requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and manage development projects delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills enabling effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies contributing to efficient and flexible project management.
