As a Sr. System Executive you will make an impact by ensuring seamless integration of systems and optimizing network performance. You will be a valued member of the team and work closely with the Communications team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a candidate with 2 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in End User Tools such as Nexthink Macintosh OS X Laptop Support and Desktop Support. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and providing technical support to end-users.

In this role, you will:

  • Expertise in supporting End User Computing hardware and software (Windows), including laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, printers, RFID guns, MS Office, Remote Access, Video Conferencing (Poly, and Cisco), and VDI.
  • Experience in documenting, tracking, and monitoring the incidents and problem(s) to ensure a timely resolution in ServiceNow, Remedy or similar ticketing systems. (Must be able to Understand and sometimes create KB articles or SOPs)
  • Must have deep subject manner expertise in hardware, peripherals, and enterprise software support, reimage and data migration, break-fix, international travel support, device back-up and restore, mobility, email, IMACs (installs, add, moves and changes) and ad-hoc support for technology users.
  • Experience using ARS, Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, Nexthink, and similar tools to support first contact resolution
  • Experience in the full lifecycle of end user devices, including provisioning, monitoring, remote managing, re-imaging, de-provisioning, and retiring.
  • Maintaining analysing troubleshooting and repairing hardware and computer systems is the job of deskside support.
  • Offer Customer Service Problem-Solve Computer Issues Provide Hardware and Application Support Install Software Upgrades Create and Maintain Documentation

What you need to have to be considered

Tech-savvy people who are self-motivated enough to provide consistent customer support with minimal supervision will thrive in this role.

support technicians take repair requests in in person and by email phone or live chat.

Must have excellent Windows and Macintosh OS troubleshooting experience/skills.

Experience in MDM tools are also needed in daily operations.

Able to resolve issues remotely.

Knowledge of Nexthink (Remote management tool) will be an added advantage.

Experience in SNOW (Service Now ITSM Ticketing tool) will be an advantage too.

Ability to resolve issues withing the timelines and meet the user/clients expectation in terms of quality of service timelines steed to resolve and user satisfaction.

Should have a proper infrastructure as home for remote working (High Speed Internet Power backup soundless room to work from) to work remotely during BCP situation.

Ability to troubleshoot MAC and Windows laptops and Desktop.

Need to support Meeting room set up (CISCO POLICON Devices).

Ability to work in 24/7 environment and as per the roster.

Flexibility to work during Saturday and Sunday based on the Organizational requirement.

Should have knowledge on basic customer handling and ability to express though in English Language.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until October 3rd, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $37,800 to $59,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
