Sr. Test Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Mobile Testing Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. Experience in Warranty Management-Technology Service Contracts and Parts Management-Tech and Field Service Management-Tech is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure the highest quality of software products.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide expertise in using SNOW for managing test environments and tracking defects.
• Utilize various testing tools and frameworks to conduct comprehensive testing of software applications.
• Perform manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to validate system functionality.
• Conduct mobile testing to ensure compatibility and performance across different devices and platforms.
• Use Rally for agile project management and tracking of testing activities.
• Leverage HP ALM for test management and execution.
• Utilize Jira for defect tracking and project management.
• Apply basic programming skills to develop and execute automated test scripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software products.
• Provide detailed and accurate test reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in software testing.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Test Metrics and Reporting.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW for test management.
• Have expertise in various Testing Tools and Frameworks.
• Show experience in Manual E2E BPA testing.
• Exhibit skills in Mobile Testing.
• Utilize Rally for agile project management.
• Leverage HP ALM for test management.
• Use Jira for defect tracking.
• Apply basic programming skills for automated testing.
• Experience in Warranty Management-Technology is a plus.
• Knowledge of Service Contracts and Parts Management-Tech is desirable.
• Understanding of Field Service Management-Tech is beneficial.
