Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience developing growth strategies for a portfolio of media companies, creator service providers or YouTube creators.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience managing agreements or partnerships.


Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in partner-facing roles, successfully managing relationships with digital personalities and influencers.
  • Ability to achieve stretch goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to communicate in Romanian, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian or Russian fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion for the creator economy and helping partners succeed.

About the job

In this external partner-facing role, you will successfully manage relationships with media companies, digital personalities and influencers across Central and Eastern Europe, from our hub in London. You will have knowledge of and passion for the YouTube ecosystem, other major social media platforms, and the content creation process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop individualized growth strategies for a portfolio of Media Companies, Creator Service Providers and YouTube creators across the Central and Eastern European (CEE) region, focusing on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities.
  • Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide actionable recommendations, leveraging YouTube Analytics effectively.
  • Foster excellent relationships with partners, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Guide partners on best practices for YouTube business generation, including ad business and alternative products (e.g., channel memberships, chat/stickers, shopping, etc).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops, webinars, and resources that address partner needs.
