As an Android Partner Compliance Server (APCS) Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for standing up Cross-functional operating practices and delivering transformational initiatives that are foundational to the success and growth of the team. You will partner closely with stakeholders as well as cross-functional partners across Go-To-Market, Large Customer Sales, Finance, Marketing, etc. in order to drive scaled strategy and execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Set a clear strategy for APCS to seamlessly operate horizontally across Americas Large Customer Sales (ALCS) from an operating model and process flow perspective to ensuring connectivity on annual and in-quarter priorities.
- Establish a partnership model between APCS and critical cross-functional partners where it is critical to have an aligned go-to-market approach (i.e, Global, GCS, Marketing, Cloud).
- Steer Cross-functional Executive decision making between APCS and Cross-functional organizations.
- Align plans and projects with day-to-day operations to help identify and evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
- Support initiatives alongside APCS Leadership to identify, pilot and scale new growth opportunities.
