Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience with data extraction using software, SQL or other scripting languages.
- Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in structuring and implementing initiatives with multi-disciplinary teams (i.e., Marketing, Communications, Policy, Legal, Sales).
- Experience influencing and advising executives.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external constituents simultaneously.
- Advanced data extraction skills using spreadsheet software, SQL or other scripting languages.
- Distinctive problem-solving, leadership, and strategic capabilities.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.

In this role, you will partner with Large Customer Sales (LCS) Canada leadership to shape the key priorities for the business, support strategic projects and manage/analyze sales operations metrics, as well as interface with Americas teams on key Go-To-Market (GTM) processes.
The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
