Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory.
  • 3 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions (e.g., SQL).
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across organizational boundaries.
  • Experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment for a complex organization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent problem solving skills, combined with business acumen.

About the job

In this role, you will be managing many things in parallel thinking about issues, framing decisions and building consensus around them, growing relationships with executive stakeholders, performing quantitative analyses, and generally being a thought partner playing both the role of advocate and challenger. You will grow in an ambiguous and changing environment with limited direction, balancing engaging priorities while managing several time-sensitive projects at once.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive support on operational initiatives that enable our partnerships' goals across multiple Google product areas.
  • Drive critical analysis and recommendations on highest priority topics and escalations related to partnership/Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy across all our products and solutions.
  • Provide strategy and operations support to senior leaders in the Global Partnerships organization and to regional leaders.
  • Develop clear, simple and persuasive internal and external communications to influence senior stakeholders.
