On behalf of our client, a dynamic hospitality & F&B group launching a globally loved juice and coffee bar concept in Greece, we are looking for a Purchasing Manager to join the HQ team and oversee vendor relations, inventory flow, and purchasing operations across all stores.
This is a hands-on and impact-driven role that requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a “get things done” attitude. You’ll work closely with store teams, suppliers, and international HQ stakeholders to ensure optimal stock levels, cost control, and back-end process alignment.
- Own the day-to-day relationship with local and international suppliers, ensuring on-time deliveries, correct invoicing, and optimal pricing.
- Act as the go-to person between store managers and suppliers for any delivery issues, substitutions, or escalations.
- Maintain accurate inventory templates (ideals) for each store to ensure healthy stock flow — neither overstocked nor understocked.
- Monitor weekly waste reports and address high-waste stores with targeted coaching and corrective actions.
- Track and validate all supplier invoices in coordination with the HQ Supply Chain Manager; follow up on discrepancies.
- Ensure inventory systems, product databases, and pricing are consistently accurate and up to date.
- Support new store openings with purchasing planning and coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supply with business forecasts and turnover expectations.
- Uphold full compliance in documentation, storage, and auditing standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics—ideally in international F&B brands or QSR environments.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, procurement workflows, and inventory control tools.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and cost-conscious thinking.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- A hands-on, proactive work ethic and comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-focused culture.
Benefits
- Be part of the founding HQ team for a beloved global brand entering the Greek market.
- Play a pivotal role in shaping operational excellence across stores.
- Collaborate with a high-energy, international team that values initiative and results.
- Gain exposure across supply chain, procurement, and vendor strategy from day one.
