Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to Swedish-speaking airline customers through phone, email, and chat communications.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive experience.
- Deliver accurate information about airline policies, services, and promotional offers.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry changes and airline information to provide expert assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Swedish (native proficiency) and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the airline or travel industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a remote capacity and adapt to a flexible schedule.
