In this important role, you will serve as the primary contact for our Swedish-speaking clientele, assisting them with their automotive needs and ensuring they receive excellent service. Your fluency in Swedish will be a key asset in addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing detailed service information. Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Swedish-speaking customers looking for automotive services.
- Respond to questions related to vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service offerings.
- Assist customers in scheduling appointments and provide clear explanations of service procedures.
- Effectively manage customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide customers with information about service warranties, promotions, and options available.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector, is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer requests.
- Knowledge of automotive products and services is a plus.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an advantage.
