Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Swedish-speaking clients to identify their B2B integration needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot B2B integrations between our systems and client platforms.
- Provide ongoing technical support throughout the integration process, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Document integration workflows and technical specifications thoroughly for client and internal reference.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in B2B integration.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our integration services and client offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in B2B integration, APIs, or a similar technical field is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in engaging with clients.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (e.g., middleware, ETL, APIs) is a plus.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
