Responsibilities

  • Offer outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to our business operations and support services.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain seamless processes.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in our support system.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and recommend solutions based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in business support or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
  • A proactive and positive approach to assisting customers is essential.
