Responsibilities
- Offer outstanding customer support to Swedish-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to our business operations and support services.
- Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maintain seamless processes.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our support system.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and recommend solutions based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential, along with a good command of English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in business support or customer service is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support software is a plus.
- A proactive and positive approach to assisting customers is essential.
