Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for Swedish-speaking corporate clients, providing dedicated and professional support.
- Respond to client inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Resolve client issues and concerns efficiently to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide clients with information about our products and services to enhance their understanding.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide informed advice and support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or corporate advisory roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with corporate products and services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
