As a Swedish Speaking Corporate Customer Advisor, you will serve as the main contact for our corporate clients, delivering assistance and support in their preferred language. Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to corporate clients in Swedish through various communication channels
  • Address inquiries about our products and services efficiently
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Stay informed about company services, industry trends, and best customer service practices

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience in corporate customer service or related fields is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
