Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Quickly respond to customer inquiries with relevant and clear information.
- Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product information and guidance throughout their journey.
- Document customer interactions for future reference and to support continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trends and improve customer experiences.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience with high-quality consumer products is a plus.
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and digital communication tools.
