- Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and end customers
- Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use
- Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels
- Follow provided response templates and quality standards
- Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the client
