In this role, you will be the principal point of contact for our Swedish-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional assistance as they use our products and services. Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and help them achieve their objectives effectively.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for Swedish-speaking clients, delivering prompt and effective support
- Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth introduction to our offerings
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and conduct regular follow-ups to address any issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and the overall customer experience
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM platform
- Identify opportunities for upselling and increasing customer engagement with our products
- Stay current with product knowledge and industry developments to provide valuable insights
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service, client success, or a related field is preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Technical proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
