- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.

Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, especially in banking or finance.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in the banking industry and financial services is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with customer service software and banking systems is a plus.
