Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to banking products, services, and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Educate clients about banking services and financial products to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, especially in banking or finance.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Interest in the banking industry and financial services is a significant advantage.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and banking systems is a plus.
