Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, streaming issues, and subscription management.
- Resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting service-related problems efficiently.
- Offer insights and guidance on how to navigate the streaming platform effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery and address any ongoing issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable using technology and navigating online platforms.
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- A genuine passion for entertainment and knowledge of streaming services is a plus.
