Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with account-related inquiries, streaming issues, and subscription management.
  • Resolving customer complaints and troubleshooting service-related problems efficiently.
  • Offer insights and guidance on how to navigate the streaming platform effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth service delivery and address any ongoing issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Comfortable using technology and navigating online platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
  • A genuine passion for entertainment and knowledge of streaming services is a plus.
