Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and account management.
  • Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on available travel products, services, and promotions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant feedback for quality assurance.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
