Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer support through phone, email, and chat in Swedish.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and account management.
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on available travel products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant feedback for quality assurance.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance service delivery and overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
