Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in Swedish to identify their digital store needs and deliver personalized solutions.
- Support clients through the setup and optimization of their digital storefronts.
- Offer training and ongoing assistance regarding digital retail tools and effective practices.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to relay client feedback and improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Document interactions with clients to ensure continuous improvement of service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
- Experience in digital retail, e-commerce, or customer service roles is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Good analytical skills to assess performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and within a team.
