Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support to Swedish-speaking end-users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a wide array of technical issues pertaining to computer systems, applications, and networks.
  • Provide guidance to users through problem-solving steps and offer clear instructions.
  • Accurately document support interactions and resolutions in the service management system.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to escalate and address complex technical issues.
  • Stay current with new technologies and products to enhance support delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in technical support, helpdesk, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with helpdesk software or ticketing systems is a plus.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for technology and a commitment to assisting end-users effectively.
