Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality end-user support to Swedish-speaking customers across multiple communication channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and application-related issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support inquiries.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure prompt and effective problem resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge to assist clients effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal support processes and documentation.
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or IT support is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team-oriented with the capability to work independently.
- Familiarity with various operating systems and software applications is advantageous.
- Experience with support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid EU Passport or ID is required.
