Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Swedish Speaking Enterprise Client Consultant! If you are fluent in Swedish and enjoy working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals, we want you on our team.
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison for our Swedish-speaking enterprise clients, understanding their unique challenges and delivering tailored solutions that drive their success. Your expertise will be vital in building strong relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Swedish-speaking enterprise clients to identify their needs and business objectives
- Deliver expert consultancy and customized solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery
- Proactively monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues that arise
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and outcomes
- Stay informed on industry trends to provide relevant insights and guidance
- Work with colleagues to enhance service offerings and improve the overall client experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Swedish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in consulting or account management, particularly with enterprise clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with a client-focused approach
- Experience in understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data management software
- A proactive, dedicated approach to client excellence and relationship management
